SM Prime 9M21 Net Income Up by 9%; Reservation Sales Increases by 14%
SM Prime Holdings, Inc. (SM Prime), one of the leading integrated property developers in Southeast Asia, reported a 9% increase in consolidated net income to PHP 15.6 billion in the first nine months of 2021 from PHP14.4 billion in the same period last year. Philippines’ SM Investments raises 4.5 bln pesos from preferred shares
Philippine conglomerate SM Investments Corp said Thursday it has raised 4.5 billion pesos from issuing redeemable preferred shares, exceeding the 3.0 billion pesos the company was looking at. SM Investments chief financial officer Jose Sio said the share sale was oversubscribed, prompting the company to increase the offer size.
