SM PRIME HOLDINGS, INC.

This year, for the first time, we adopted the Integrated Reporting Framework developed by the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and have taken initial steps towards the adoption of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework as we address the impacts of climate change.

The Integrated Report, which covers the period of January 1 to December 31, 2020, presents a balance reflection of our company’s value creation process and our progress in advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
